How do I find my model number?
Your model and serial number are on a label inside the door or on the back panel of your appliance. You'll need this for service requests and parts ordering.
My washer isn't draining — what should I try?
Check the drain hose for kinks and clean the pump filter (front bottom panel). Make sure the hose isn't inserted more than 6 inches into the drain pipe. Error code E2 indicates a drain issue.

No — our washer-dryer combos connect to a standard 110V outlet and standard water hookups. No venting or special wiring required. Perfect for apartments and condos.
What detergent should I use?
Always use HE (High Efficiency) detergent in small amounts — 1 to 2 tablespoons per load. Using too much detergent is the most common cause of performance issues with our units.
How long does drying take?
Ventless condenser drying takes longer than vented — typically 2.5 to 3.5 hours for a full cycle wash and dry. Running a second dry cycle helps with thicker fabrics like towels and denim.
Can I stack the washer-dryer combo?
Our combo units are all-in-one — one machine washes and dries. We also offer separate compact washer + dryer sets that can be stacked with an optional stacking kit (model 5542-SK).
